a quick guide to my commission process and other important info β₯οΈ
commissioning me means you have agreed to my terms of service.
1. How do I place an order, and what is the commission process like? (Bagaimana cara melakukan pemesanan dan seperti apa proses commission-nya?)
You can order through DM! For international clients, you can also commission me through VGen. Just send me a DM first, and Iβll send you an order form. Once everything is confirmed and the full payment has been completed, Iβll send the sketch for approval before moving on to coloring. Each stage allows up to 2 revisions.(Pemesanan dapat dilakukan melalui DM. Untuk international client, pemesanan juga dapat dilakukan melalui VGen. Silakan DM saya terlebih dahulu, kemudian saya akan mengirimkan form pemesanan. Setelah semuanya dikonfirmasi dan pembayaran full sudah lunas, saya akan mengirimkan sketsa untuk persetujuan sebelum melanjutkan ke tahap coloring. Setiap tahap mendapatkan maksimal 2 kali revisi)
2. How long does the commission take? (Berapa lama waktu pengerjaannya?)
The current turnaround time is approximately 2β3 weeks maximum, depending on the queue and commission type.(Saat ini, estimasi waktu pengerjaan adalah sekitar 2β3 minggu, tergantung pada antrean dan jenis commission)
3. Can I use my commissioned artwork as freebies? (Apakah artwork yang sudah di-commission boleh dijadikan freebies?)
Yes! You may use the artwork as freebies distributed at events, as long as they are given away for free and are not part of a purchase or related to a business/commercial activity.(Boleh! Artwork dapat digunakan sebagai freebies yang dibagikan secara gratis saat event, selama freebies tersebut tidak termasuk dalam pembelian, tidak diperjualbelikan, dan tidak berkaitan dengan kegiatan bisnis atau komersial)
4. How much is the commercial fee? (Berapa biaya untuk komersial)
My commercial fee is 3Γ the total commission price (with minimum purchase 40$)(Biaya commercial use adalah sebesar 3Γ dari total harga commission, minimal pembelian 250K)

Please do not use this artwork for any AI generation at any stage, even after itβs finished
Commission cannot be canceled or refunded if the sketch has been sent
Changes will only be allowed 2 times for each stages: sketch and coloring
PNG file will be sent via e-mail. Once the final artwork has been sent, no further changes or revision can be requested
I have the right to refuse your commission if it makes me uncomfortable/beyond my capabilities
Please notify me if you don't want your commission to be posted
Please credit me clearly if you want to repost the artwork on your social media!
